a) The Company provides technology based services for providing home solutions in Delhi / NCR (National Capital Region) Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune such as repairing / services of home products to you and you agree to obtain the services offered by third party technicians / Service Providers / Private Repair Professionals ("the Service Provider"). All the Services provided by the Company to you by means of your use of the registration on website of the Company are hereinafter referred to as the "Service." b) The entire Booking request as may be directed by the customer shall be forward to the concerned repair professional/service provider by the Company. The Service Provider shall be provided on availability basis and the same shall be communicated to the customer through the company internal mechanism procedure, however, it is clarified that on availability of the Service Provider, the communication details of Service Provider & Customer shall be shared between both of them by the Company for the ease of both the parties to perform or exercise their rights & obligations. c) In case, the Service Provider accepts the booking request made by you with the Company, your information is sent to the Service provider including your name, contact number etc. d) Company shall endeavor reasonable efforts to bring you in contact with the Service Provider in order to render the required service subject to availability of the Service Provider in or around your location at the time of your booking request made to the Company. e) It is pertinent to mention here that, the Company itself does not own / regulate the Service providers and neither there exist any employer / employee relation between them. It is the Service Provider who shall render the required services to you as per the relevant information submitted with the company while registering with the company. 4) We have got permission for do OUT OF WARRANTY complaint only by the company. And the services which will be provided for the customers will be company (_____DoorStepIndia__________________) If the I am making another company billing with customers that time So Then there will be no responsibility of the company. And legal action should be taken on me.
5) Whenever the company wants all the details (any time) from me Related (customer or any discussion). I will reply immediately. and I will be giving information via daily phone and email, WhatsApp.
6) I will never do fraud with the company and customer.

8) First of all, I will make quotation and customers signature on the Receiving part/ Estimate, challan which is given by the company, giving the customer as QUOTATION and signature from the customer, then we will start the further process. But first I will get approval from the company.
9) The full responsibility of customer billing will be on my technician ID. Unless the warranty given to the customer is terminated.

11) The company can do urgent meeting with me any time.
12) I will keep the company's ID card with myself.
13) I will complete my fresh and old complaint within 24 hours
14) I will be responding Immediately to all customers and company calls.
15) If I am not active on the portal or not responding any lead within 15 days. Then, Company can Inactive/block my account anytime without any information and any notice. If I want to reactivate/unblock my account then company will charge Rs. 1500 fine, I will give it all the charges and my responsibility will remain.
16) KYC-proof PAN card, Aadhaar card, rent agreement electricity bill, driving lenience etc. it’s possible if the company found my Documents fake and, legal action should be taken on me.
17) I will always upload a correct invoice and amount. If company found any invoice incorrect. And legal action should be taken on me.
18) My Business profit from my company will be on mutual understanding. Which is mentioned on the portal of the company.
19) I will use the document given by the company as correctly and as per company rules.
20) I will give the amount of charge for my documentation and registration by the company.
21) At any time, the company can make changes in its TERMS &CONDITONS and agreement at its discretion. They will have full control.
22) If got a big mistake by me Then there will be no responsibility of the company. And the fine charges will be issue on the technician by the company and customers. and legal action should be taken on me.
23) I will be telling my original name to all customers. not another company name. If the I will tell I am from other company then legal action should be taken on me.
24) If I am going urgently out of city or I don’t want to work for a period of time then I will inform, my company .it Is my responsibility. If I not inform to the company then company will charge Rs. 1500 fine, I will give it all the charges and my responsibility will remain.
25) Any repeat complaint I will be solve within 24 hours. If do not solve the repeat complaint within 24 hours. Then, with Rs. 500 fine, I will give it all the charges and my responsibility will remain.
