Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • The service provided was not as described in the service agreement.
  • The service was not completed due to unforeseen technical circumstances.
  • The service resulted in further damage to your appliance or vehicle.
  • Double payment or accidental overcharge.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the service completion date. Our dedicated team handles every request with priority.

Required Information:

  • Full Name and Contact Number.
  • Service Order Number (found in your email/SMS).
  • Detailed reason for the refund request and photos (if applicable).

Refund Approval & Timeline

Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Wallet). Typically, the credit will appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

Appeal Process

If your refund request is rejected, we will provide a clear explanation. You may appeal the decision within 48 hours by providing additional documentation to our senior resolution desk.
